If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, email us and we'll refund that month in full — no hard feelings.

After the first 7 days

• Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, because work for that cycle is planned and delivered.
• You can cancel anytime to stop future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@grovia.ai with your business name and the email you signed up with. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
