These Terms govern your use of Grovia, a done-for-you digital marketing service operated by ASTROC AS Technology Pvt. Ltd.. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Grovia manages digital marketing on your behalf — this may include Google Business Profile optimization, review responses, social content, promotional videos and posting across platforms, depending on your plan. The specific deliverables are those listed for your chosen plan.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and the access we need (e.g. to your Google Business Profile) to deliver the service.
• Provide brand assets (logo, photos, offers) where relevant, and approve content within a reasonable time.
• Ensure the content and claims you ask us to publish are lawful and truthful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including using it for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Content we create for you is licensed to you for your business use. The Grovia brand, website and software remain our property.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to grow your visibility but cannot guarantee specific rankings, review outcomes or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
